I walked down the aisle to one of my favourite pieces of music. Enjoy it here, while looking at our photos if you like.
Our ceremony was in Tyler's family church, down the street from my parent's house. I thought it was a lovely ceremony, and we were so blessed to share it with so many of our friends and family.

Finally, this was it! I heard Edelweiss start, Shane told us it was time, and Dad & I started walking towards Tyler, and I have never been so happy.

We made it! My 2 favourite men shook hands...

...and our ceremony really began. We were getting married!!

Ceremony

Pastor Rink officiated our ceremony, and Pastor Kubke gave the Meditation. Our hymn was the same hymn that Tyler's parents used in their wedding ceremony, and my Auntie Kim & cousin Nikki sang "To Make You Feel My Love" (click to listen!) during our registry signing. I'm biased, but I really enjoyed it.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12   Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work. If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up! Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

1 Corinthians 13:1-8   If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.
